Delivery Policy

Delivery of your new product is done with great care at The North Face.

For your convenience we ship using Poste Haste Courier services to anywhere within New Zealand and make our best efforts to deliver products to the address specified by you during checkout within 2-5 business days of your order confirmation.

Please note that we are currently experiencing delays during May, expected delivery times are 5 - 10 business days. 

More importantly, the delivery cost of your product/s is free anywhere within New Zealand.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will keep you in the loop via email when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your tracking number to be live.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through reaches our customers. If there is no proof of delivery, The North Face will replace or credit at our discretion.

The North Face is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.

Orders made with AfterPay may not be exchanged in-store and must be returned online for a refund.

Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside of New Zealand.
