Please see below our current delivery timeframes as we work with limited air capacity to New Zealand. We make our best efforts to deliver your order within 8-12 business days but please be aware with the current covid restrictions there may be further delays.

Your online order is being shipped from our Australian warehouse. Due to limited capacity and covid restrictions please allow 5 - 10 business days to receive your tracking number and delivery timing.

For your convenience we ship using Courier Post services to anywhere within New Zealand and make our best efforts to deliver products within 8 – 12 business days.


The delivery cost of your product/s is free anywhere within New Zealand. Upon completion of your purchase, we will keep you in the loop via email when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. 

We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through reach our customers. If there is no proof of delivery, The North Face will replace or refund at our discretion.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
