Upon completion of your purchase, we will keep you in the loop via email when your order is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

Tracking Availability & Delivery ETA

All New Zealand online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your tracking details and delivery timing. Best efforts are made to deliver your product within 5-7 business days. Remote or regional areas may take longer. Note that delivery timeframes may be impacted during increased volumes and/or external courier delays.

Cost & Shipping Types

The delivery cost of your purchase is free anywhere within New Zealand.

We ship using DHL Express so once you receive your order confirmation/invoice e-mail from The North Face, the order updates will then be sent by DHL Express.

Please note, The North Face does not ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through thenorthface.co.nz reach our customers. If there is no proof of delivery, The North Face will replace or refund at our discretion.
